I address one of the failing points of the original Chicano Movement (El Plan Espiritual de Aztlan), and their unwillingness to set a goal for Government. This is my position on a monarchy form of governance, and why I find it to be the best solution. Give criticisms to how the Republican style system works against us, and how this benefits the elites oppressing us.
