Documents filed in the U.S. Court by a U.S. congressional auditor contained COVID-19 financial source codes that prove COVID was a biological attack on the United States by a Foreign Power.
After the filing in Florida, which is proven by a receipt dated November 2, 2020, the auditor, Christopher E. Hallett, E~Clause LLC, was murdered in his home and the files VANISHED.
The COVID cover-up leads to an ever-evolving international crime syndicate dating back to the 1980’s known as THE CIA FINDERS, and their plan to cover-up the mass murder (COVID deaths) by labeling Hallett a QANON conspirator.
The multi-stage plot to cover up Hallett’s evidence and erase him from history began with his murder, and was followed by a fake news announcement by William K. Murtaugh, Florida, who announced he called the federal courthouse about the receipt. He reported the federal clerk told him the receipt was fake. This was proven to be a lie after Florida Attorney Charles Baron verified with the clerk the receipt was real.
The FINDERS plot includes court actions targeting Hallett by proxy. This included family court action against the custody rights of Arkansas mother Sarah Dunklin, and now, criminal charges and upcoming trials against several other mothers including Cynthia Abcug and Neely Petrie Blanchard who have been labeled “QANON moms” in mainstream news for being connected to Hallett.
The CIA FINDERS CULT is a Foreign Power and international human trafficking crime syndicate that networks with rogue agents within FBI, NSA, DHS, feds, U.S. Military, paramilitary groups, law enforcement, judges, prosecutors, defense lawyers, doctors, Child Protective Services, and undocumented street level ‘Agents of Agents’ to procure, abuse, transport and murder children while protecting the racketeering organization from prosecution.
Investigative journalist and credible FBI witness Timothy Charles Holmseth stumbled upon the FINDERS in 2009 during his journalism on the disappearance of five year-old HaLeigh Cummings in Florida. He learned the international traffickers (FINDERS) included an attorney from Fort Lauderdale, Florida named Kim Lowry Picazio who was working with a convicted pedophile FBI/CIA agent named John Regan (a.k.a. Bob Hamer, Veterans For Child Rescue Inc) to steal babies and kids and move them out of the country through the Ukrainian Embassy in Washington DC.
Attorney Kim L. Picazio is the licensed Principal to a network of Agents including Craig Randall Sawyer, Arizona, Steve Quest (a.k.a. Montagraph), Colorado, William K. Murtaugh, Florida, Ashley Cooper Brown, Minnesota, Wayanne M. Kruger, California, Levi H. Page, Tennessee, Alexandria Goddard, Ohio, John Taylor, Virginia, Agent 19, Michael (Meko) Haze, and many, many other FINDERS.
Attorney Lin Wood tweeted a December, 2017 MEMO that Timothy Holmseth sent to AG Jeff Sessions wherein Holmseth warned President Trump about the evil activities and danger of Mike Pence. The MEMO detailed the activities of CIA/FBI John Regan. It is believed John Regan is the “Mr. Reagen” referred to by six year-old child sex abuse victim Max Livingston during the high profile investigation into THE FINDERS in the 1980’s. Holmseth’s information is verified by evidence filed with the U.S. Courts, and subsequently placed into evidence by a 20 year tribunal judge from Minnesota named Randi L. Erickson (Erickson is a licensed Broker and passes regular FBI checks) who transferred the evidence to the Department of Defense through a liaison of Joint Special Operations Command.
THE FINDERS DEVELOP A PLAN TO AVOID PROSECUTION AND COVER-UP THE TRUTH ABOUT COVID
BASIC PLAN:
(1) Project the FINDERS’ trafficking operation’s activities and methods onto Timothy Holmseth, Field McConnell, and Randi Erickson.
(2) Link the fake trafficking operation to Christopher Hallett, QANON, mothers, and use MSM to push fake stories supporting the lie.
EXECUTION OF FINDERS’ PLAN (ALL PROVABLE WITH DOCUMENTS AND EVIDENCE):
1. Target select ‘mothers’ ‘journalists’ ‘whistleblowers’ ‘Law experts’ and others who have, on the record, protected their own children, or, the children of others, from the abuse of the FINDERS.
2. Link the target(s) to Christopher E. Hallett.
3. Create the ‘illusion’ (frame) that the targeted mother(s) committed a crime of some kind by orchestrating events, and then have FINDERS in the judicial community file flimsy felony charges against the target.
4. Create the illusion the innocent targeted mother was conspiring with other targets to commit felonies, as to create a domino effect of felony charges against completely innocent people.
5. Torture imprisoned targets into such a state of agony the target will provide false testimony, such as desired by their captors, to make the agony stop.
6. Secure false charges and convictions until Hallett’s name vanishes from history.
