The technical definition of Attentional Bias is that its the tendency for people's perception to be affected by their recurring thoughts. Basically, this means we have a tendency to pay attention to some things in the world around us, while at the same time ignoring other things, depending on what interests us, and what we happen to be thinking about at the time.
