The Wilson County Board of Education voted 4-3 on Monday to sign a new retainer agreement with Raleigh-based Schwartz & Shaw.....Wilson County Schools’ tab for 2019-20 exceeded $455,000, prompting Breen to question whether the work should be outsourced at all.
