When a person has experienced traumas in their childhood you will find that they will do everything possible to keep those painful feelings pushed down, held back, and suppressed. This is a very common protective method that an abuse victim will use.
Outrage, fury, resentments, irritation, will continue to build up over our life from unresolved traumas. It does not go away or disappear, no matter how much you try to ignore it.
Over time it becomes more intensified and inflamed. These negative feelings can also cause disturbance to your health and the health of people around you.
This nation would be in a much better position if those who are having unresolved childhood traumas would seek help from a therapist who specializes in unresolved childhood traumas.
