PLEASE hear me out folks. If government can produce the FACTS that would PROVE in a FAIR court of law that we are indeed OBLIGATED to Pay and Obey and ahere to their demands found INSIDE their "tax laws," then the case is settled. We are all taxpayers and should be Proud Patriotic Taxpaying Canadians. However, should government fail to produce the FACTS they rely on proving the "obligation" to obey their written instrument called "tax law" and pay them the value of your Work, Labor, Skills and Talents, then we are all factually Indoctrinated Victims Of State Sanctioned Extortion.
Extortion is a crime because FORCING another human to pay you money against their will FACTUALLY creates a victim which is the crime of extortion for EVERYBODY. Regardless of ones title in society, government employed human or private sector employed human. Government hides, buries and demonizes their Victims via a bunch of lawyers legalese.
Government and lawyers made up and throw around labels like "he's a crazy tax protestor" or "Sovereign Citizen" or "tax evader" or some other bullshit label intended to demonize their victims who refuse to Obey. Furthermore, these STOLEN LOOT funded tax agents seem to be the "Sovereign Citizens" as it appears they are the only ones who can extort without consequences. Sure sounds like a Sovereign Mafia citizen to me.
