Bodycam - OIS Spokane PD Rankin Shoots Unarmed David Novak 1-7-19 - Militarized Cops Kill

Order follower Brandon Rankin of the Spokane Blue Line gang shot and killed David Novak on January 7, 2019. David was shot in front of his own home, then went inside seeking cover from his attackers we assume. Spokane Blue Line gang members waited outside in fear of their lives from a man wielding a baseball bat but having no ill will or ill intent towards them. While they waited David Novak died in his home. This is my initial story on what happened. Stay tuned to watch more video on this subject as this is only the beginning of this story.
