Spitfire Vs Zerstorer (IL-2 Sturmovik Cliffs of Dover Blitz)

Running 2560X1440p, 144hz, all the skins are flickering. Anyone know what option to select - or more likely unselect to remedy this? Right now in this vid, I have all video options selected except Vsync, Epilepsy filter and SSAO.
