This video reminds me of the WEF's videos from 5 years ago where the theme is "you will own nothing and be happy" - just more subtle and laden with psychological ploys.
They really try to spruce it up with a smiling face and feel good music - but the truth is that it is but a marketing veneer on a police state dystopia. The person in this dystopia is disconnected from the world around them, living in the screen of their phone (much like far too many do today).
No freedom, complete surveillance and control. It shows a single person in isolation in a city almost devoid of other living human beings until the last few seconds of the video. They simply use their enslavement device (phone) to order up whatever their heart desires - and the state allows them that day. No contention for resources, no limitations. (In reality in a city of the size shown you would have millions of other people making the same calls, contending for the same relatively scarce resources. The wait times would be far from "zero". Also remember their planned cities are stated to be sized to pack in 10's of millions of people, all contending for the same limited resources.)
Note the reference to "checking your footprint" - alluding to carbon footprints and social scores. Already have a ride somewhere this week? Ooops, sorry, no car for you, you're over your carbon limit. Did you question "The Science" today? Oh, too bad, no food for you. Answer a survey incorrectly? To the re-indoctrination center you go. Speaking of cars - you won't own one. No private transportation vehicles other than maybe a bicycle.
Your "participation" in city issues? Imaginary. A survey with results controlled by machine and based on mob rule with the vote manipulated to the "rulers" wishes.
Note the meta-verse symbol on the building partway through - which is where they want the majority of the useless eaters - drugged and in a virtual word living very shortened lives from lack of exercise, fresh air, and real food.
Of course the video also raises the question - how is this super-sized jail paid for? What are the jobs if everything is done by AI and robots? What if one wants to go somewhere outside the city? (nope, not allowed for the common man)
All illusion.
