Recipe:

1/2C Flour
1C Panko Crumbs
1C Corn Meal
1/2C Buttermilk
2 Eggs
Salt & Pepper to taste
1/2tsp. Garlic Powder
1/8tsp Chipotle Seasoning
Olive Oil or Avocado Oil
Set air fryer to 400F
Bake 5 min on one side, flip and bake another 5min
