Further to the threats received from Gilly Jones of Weightmans LLP on behalf of the Sussex Police & Crime Commissioner Katy Bourne as well as the lack of services and response to my reply to these threats.
As I am now finding social services and other support networks also shutting down and blocking me from access to much needed assistance and support.
I decided to make a formal complaint against Katy Bourne, Sussex Police & Crime Commissioner to the EU Commission for failure to uphold my rights under EU law and in particular the Victims' Rights Directive and the EU Charter of Fundamental Rights .
I know the title is a little provocative, but I think it is rather poignant and drives to the heart of the argument as to whether the UK is better in the EU or out.
The EU's response to my complaint - or the lack thereof will speak volumes to this question and for me will answer a fundamental truth from my perspective, as to whether being in the EU helps me and supports me as a disabled victim of crime, who has been denied their rights under the EU legislation.
I apologise if the way I have presented myself offends anyone, this is not meant to be an attack on either side of the Brexit remain or leave camp nor accuse anyone directly of supporting the abuse of the disabled, it is simply my way of expressing the situation from my perspective as I fight for justice as a disabled victim of crime and abuse.
If you genuinely want to assist disabled victims of crime, then please support my petition and campaign, help me fight for justice!
Together we can make a difference, DISABLED LIVES MATTER!
