My intuition figures he is partly right. I feel the bigger cities will be 'shut down' but smaller outlets will not. So if you are living in small town US or Canada maybe it will be a partial grid reduction...(internet,wifi blackouts...cable) but electricity may continue. Shutting down large centers (hubs) will interrupt food distribution/commerce. Shutting down large centers can and probably will cause a great burden for all peoples. Prepare for an influx of people to your areas requiring support. BE helpful. BE supportive. BE compassionate. Stock up on food because people may need to be fed.....a place to put their head down. Open your hearts to these people.
