Once again, a HUGE Training PR, for my last Heavy Single of the Training Block. And this was done right after my big Squat PR, too! I was not even planning to hit this today, and was thinking of going for between 125-127.5 Kgs (127.5 would have been a PR, too). However, warmups were feeling very good, so I decided to warm up like I was ramping up for 130, with my last single being 122.5, Kgs, and then see I how I felt, from there. 122.5 moved pretty well, so I decided to go for broke, and challenge 130 again. The prescribed RPE for this single today was 9.5, and I think this may have been right on the money! Today totally exceeded my expectations! Especially since I have been feeling under the weather, recently. It feels good to have finally told 130 Kgs who's BOSS. Only 10 more kilos to go to finally hitting my big goal of 3 plates!
