College students Teniyah Pilgrim and Messiah Young are tasered and arrested by cops in Atlanta near a George Floyd protest May 30, 2020. They were stuck in traffic congestion when they saw someone crying and being arrested and tried to capture it on their cell phone. The cops then turned on the couple, hitting their car with nightsticks breaking a car window and stabbing a tire to make it go flat. Both Teniyah and Messiah were tasered, aggressively pulled out of the car by cops, pushed to the ground and had their hands tied with plastic zip ties. Messiah suffered a broken arm, required 20 stitches and went 6 hours with a piece of taser embedded in his back.
I made this video because I couldn't find video of the entire incident anywhere and I thought people need to see as much of the incident as possible to try to understand what happened, why it happened, and perhaps find ways to prevent this from happening again.
