Joel Schumacher's first screenplay, which led to an amazing career including The Lost Boys (1987), Falling Down (1993), and House of Cards (2013). Starring Irene Cara and Phillip Michael Thomas. Phillip Michael Thomas would later star as Rico in Miami Vice (1984-1989) and as Lance Vance in GTA Vice City (2002). Irene Cara would later star in Fame (1980) where she'd perform three songs, then co-write and record "What A Feeling" for the film Flashdance (1983). Irene Cara's work on both films landed her several awards and made her a Pop culture icon.
