I did the math on the power of the wind at 300 mph and that was bad enough, about 8,000 times more power as a Class V hurricane at 165 mph winds. The power doubles with each 10 mph increase in wind speed so do the math at 400 mph. Nobody can survive winds that strong. No wild animal can survive winds that strong.
