Recently a famous Youtube star called “MyLifeAsEva” with over 10 million subscribers made a video called “WHAT I EAT IN A DAY! Vegan 🌸 | MyLifeAsEva”.

The reason i am making this response video is because she is promoting a vegan diet that is malnourishing, it harms peoples mental and physical health holistically.

Most of her audience are young influential girls that look up to her as a role model, so due to this many of her followers will copy exactly what she does such as eating a dangerous vegan diet.

I share my own personal thoughts and insights whilst watching this “WHAT I EAT IN A DAY! Vegan 🌸 | MyLifeAsEva”, i recommend you come and join me to watch it with me too.
