But what is a public opinion, what are public affairs, and how do the thoughts in the heads of millions of people translate into public policy?
In this part, we take a look at the problems that occur when someone attempts to gain facts and insight into an event which has occurred outside of his experience. Who heard the news you were told? Who saw it? What did they believe, and how capable of critical reasoning are you at this very moment?
