How to make easy Eggless Full Fat Strawberry Ice Cream ( Gelatin free )

This ice cream is very versatile and can easily be substituted with other berries or fruits of your choice.

Making an ice cream without ice cream maker is tedious, so I used my 2 decade old ice cream maker and filled them up with Tupperware ice lollies forms. This way I can keep control of the portion size and reserve this dessert as a treat. Making small portions also helps in not having to de frost all at once and consuming huge portion sizes.

Ingredients:

300 gm washed Strawberries & stalks removed
100 gm powdered sugar
180 ml full fat cream
150 gm full fat yogurt
1 tblsp of lemon juice

Method:

Puree the strawberries with lemon juice and sugar.
Pass them through the sieve and reserve a small portion of the seeds for mixing in later.
Whip the cream.
Mix in the yogurt and the fruit puree.
Pour it into the ice cream maker till you get the desired consistency.
If you want to use Tupperware Ice lollies form, take it out semi-liquid and fill into the forms and freeze.
Alternatively, you can finish it off in the ice cream maker.
