Rayshard Brooks, 27, was shot outside Wendy's. Brooks had fallen asleep in his car in the drive-thru. He failed a sobriety test and was being handcuffed when he struggled. He wrestled a Taser from one of the officers and was fleeing when he was shot. The two officers were in the right to shoot the man as he pointed the taser at them when trying to flee.
