Looking for a refreshing and challenging practice? Relieve lower back tension and improve circulation with this energising practice filled with twists. :)
We will begin with gentle lateral stretches and spine movement. The pace of the class will quickly change into more dynamic and energetic. Expect many twists, Chair pose, and twisted Downward Dog :)
We will finish with a short and relaxing meditation.
