In this video I used a technique similar to what speedrunners use:
CJ must use another vehicle to ram at least one of the Ambulances. After that the game randomly makes one of them the target vehicle. The occupants of that Ambulance will be wearing darker colored clothing. Shoot and kill both of them, and then drive away in the Ambulance.
