This is some bodycam video from April of 2021 when Washington state still had a mask mandate for all indoor spaces in effect. This incident took place at a Shari's Cafe on the north side of Spokane, WA. Heather, the manager of the cafe at the time thought it necessary to call cops because a customer dared to walk across the restaurant without wearing a mask before she sat at a table with her friend where she was not "required" to wear it by the king and his corporate henchmen.
