I was a football player in my school's team and played a lot of it with my friends after school.
It's one of the best sports there is.
However, apart from a few exceptional games, it has started to bore me. Today's players find it difficult to change direction which certainly limits what they can do on the field.
Their difficulty is often caused by hip misalignment and bowleggedness which makes them vulnerable to serous injury when they change direction or get hit.
Knee problems are very common.
Here are a serious of exercises I recommend footballers do before and after the game to align the body and prevent those common injuries.
