Banana Bread Recipe Moist | Banana Nutella Cake Recipe | EASY RICE COOKER RECIPES

INGREDIENTS:
• 1 1/4 cup (175g) CAKE FLOUR (do not packed)
• 1/2 tsp (2g) BAKING POWDER
• 1/2 tsp (3g) BAKING SODA
• 1/2 cup (130g) MASHED BANANA
• 2 EGGS
• 1/4 cup (50g) SUGAR
• 1/4 cup (60ml) COCONUT OIL (any oil)
• 1/4 cup (80g) NUTELLA (warmed)
• 2 tbsp (15g) ALMOND SLICE (optional)

HOW TO MAKE IT:
1. In a mixing bowl, whisk together flour, baking powder and baking soda
2. In another mixing bowl, whisk together mashed banana, eggs, sugar and oil
3. Combine dry to wet mixture and fold until just incorporated; batter will be thick
4. Lined or greased pot/pan and pour in half of the batter; spreading onto the bottom, tapping as needed to distribute the batter
5. Drizzle on warmed Nutella then add the rest of the batter; carefully spreading to cover the Nutella. If you want to create wavy lines in the Nutella, use a knife/chopstick/spoon handle and create zig-zags in the batter
6. Cover with paper towel to catch condensation and bake for 2 bake cycles (60 min). Rice cooker varies so baking longer as needed
7. Cool for 20-30 minutes and ENJOY!

OVEN BAKING:
Bake in lined or greased pan, in pre-heated oven of 350F (180C) for 30-40 minutes. Ovens varied so check about 30 minutes and bake longer as needed.
