The mind can be trained........trained for good or trained for bad. Trained for health or trained for disease.

Cold is one of the best ways to train in your mental toughness. However most people run from the cold. Cold air but especially cold water.
Water is 24 x more effective than air. That's why I believe those cryo chambers are a waste. And especially if it's cold where you are. Just go outside, because the sun is out too. And nothing beats the sun.
Light, water, magnetism is Nature's 3-legged stool. It is how we work. There are only 2 ways to increase our magnetic sense......1. Cold 2. Increase the electric current (everywhere there is a electric current, 90 degrees to it is a magnetic field----eat more seafood, ground/earth more).
Everything I talk about from circadian biology to red light to blue light to wifi to sleep to sun can all lead back to ONE THING- electrons. Get more of them and make them flow better.
