Finally found the last couple of chests in the Freezing Plains and unlocked the final image of the gallery. They were in a a hidden ceiling room next to a checkpoint, which is quite mean. Unless you specifically try to bump into the ceiling you won't find them. In any case the missing piece of art was of a snow fairy. I quite like the art style here, including the funny finish animations, but I wish there were alternative methods to unlock them since the once requiring you to find all the chests in a level are a pain given that you have no idea in which sub-stage the missing chests are located.
