How to cure the flu with shiitake mushroom soup. Sore throat home remedies. Natural remedy for the common cold.

Flu and cold season is upon us and I have noticed so many friends and family posting that their entire family is sick and how miserable they feel. So here is my method of cold and flu prevention that has never let me down. Influenza is no joke and really hits hard. I am definitely not a doctor but I have been making this recipe for over 15 years and when I take it on the first day, my symptoms have never progressed any further. Shiitake mushrooms and star anise have so many health benefits, don't forget good ol' chicken broth. I'm not the biggest fan of antibiotic and always try to fight sickness with food.
