Here I go through Gedmatch's Archaic Admixture Tool and show how to use it and investigate which ancient populations I'm most closely related to, I also run these Gnomes through the Admixture Heritage tool to show that there is very little to no African Admixture either in the Earliest Cro-magnons or the later post glacial Archaic Neolithic Europeans.
Not sure but I think this tool as well as the eye color predictor will both dissapear June 1st 2019 once the Old Gedmatch site has migrated all it's genetic data and tools to their new site thereby making it impossible to do these kinds of comparisons in the future.
