Source audio file and transcript are from archive.org. The transcript is an unattributed "community project" while the video was the result of adding some missing text to the transcript, converting it to html/css "slides," and then syncing them with the audio so that you can read, listen, or both. I borrowed the idea from a similar video, but used a different font, font sizing, and color scheme.

This transformative video, though the audio portion is still the intellectual property of Mr. Fagan's estate, may be redistributed as I'm not going to claim Copyright on this transformative work, so you may also redistribute it under the same Section 7 Fair Use clause that I use as well.
