What constitutes a healthy team? Obviously, a healthy team has a solid vision and can execute it effectively.
Still, nobody's perfect, and a team can fall apart.
But each individual on a team has a responsibility to hold the team together.
How can you manage this?
Through my years of software development I've been a part of different teams. I've even led some teams. I've noticed one idea that can either bring a team together or divide a team, depending on how the question is answered.
In this video I explore the question that I believe is vital to what makes a healthy team. Any article you read has tips and ideas that stem from this question.
I do not consider myself an expert on leading a team. In this video I've allowed myself to be vulnerable to talk about where I fall short when it comes to me answering the question.
So what do you think? Can answering this one question help build a solid foundation for a team? Please post a comment below.
