Romanians Protest Outside London Embassy After Voting Delays

Romanian citizens in multiple European Union countries reported difficulties in voting for Romanian MEPs on Sunday, May 26, with delays highlighted in the UK, Belgium, Ireland, and the Netherlands. In London, long lines were seen outside the Romanian embassy on Kensington High Street. On the Facebook page of the Romanian embassy in the UK, a voter reported waiting for up to six hours in Portsmouth; another reported a six-hour wait in Manchester.
