PIZZA SHOW AND TELL

Prepared 516 grams of Neapolitan pizza dough and made two different styles of pizza. One was not in keeping with the dough style! (But it was GREAT!) The Detroit Style did have Brick Cheese, and was cooked with a coating of butter and Extra Virgin Olive Oil.
