Upon entering, Jacob engages us in a duel to the death. Both of us are equally matched, but as we begin to win, Jacob is deemed unworthy and the Cultists turn on him. With Jacob dead and our test completed, we begin to ascend and leave Dusk...Until we are given one final test, a chance to face the very evil itself, who turns out to be none other than Nyarlathotep, the evilest of The Elder Gods. We and Nyarlathotep engage in a fight and we prove ourselves to be worthy, but before we can kill Nyarlathotep, we are paralyzed by Nyarlathotep, who reveals that because we passed the test, we will become Nyarlathotep’s new disciple, whether we want to or not.
