The Department of Defense (DOD) is seeking to MANDATE an Experimental mRna "vaccine" and other implantable Bio-Technologies for All Soldiers and Civilian personnel across the U.S. Armed Forces. Is this a Violation of the Nuremberg Code and International Law against Experimentation?
