Why democracy is failing should already fairly obvious, but how to fix it is the real question.

In this video I seek to answer that question, this video is an argument based on the evidence at hand, please feel free to offer counter arguments in the comments.

Ultimately Democracy fails because people can vote themselves money from the public purse, the way to solve that problem is to take away the incentive for politicians to hand the money out.

If using taxpayer money can’t possibly buy votes then there would be absolutely no incentive for politicians to do it.
