Whitfield's Food Revue Copycat DIY version of the Taco Bell Mexican Pizza Crunchwrap Recipe!! This is a test market item and will be heading to a location near you.
Cheese Blend : Jack, Cheddar & Mozzarella.
We use 1/4 lb of ground beef per a Mexican Pizza Crunchwrap
So for this recipe we used 1/2 lb of 85/15.
Cooking in skillet on high for 5-7 minutes or until brown.
Add 1/4 cup water along w/ half a packet of Taco Bell seasoning.
Fry the tortillas in the Crisco for 30-40 seconds per a side.
Microwave the XXL shell in between 2 damp paper towels for 15-20 seconds. Then build as shown on the video.
Once folded, grill in your skillet the entire Crunchwrap, open side down first for 35 seconds, flip and repeat.
