I thought it would be fun to have a friendly contest and also encourage some different channels to try a new food. Our first year growing these snake gourds was last year, and we were blown away. Right now, they are one of my top three garden plants…

This year, I'll be sending out some seeds that I saved and encouraging other channels to try growing some Snake Gourds of their own. The actual contest will be to grow the biggest one, but contestants are free to eat and enjoy as many of the other ones as they want.

I'll try to get out some seeds to whoever is interested, and all you have to do to enter the contest is grow them this year and try to get a big one to measure and enter. We'll need a video of the final measurement, but you can document the journey of growing these as much or as little as you want.
