Good morning, I’m still reporting on a surprising French court decision which may cancel your ability to collect life insurance money should you die of the jab.
I really could not believe this story was real until I saw the screenshot from a French newspaper.
Here is the literal translation of this headline from the French:
“In France, death after the vaccination of a very wealthy grandfather, former Parisian entrepreneur of Versailles, with life insurance of several million euros for the benefit of his children and grandchildren, the insurance does not reimburse … and do not pay the premium of several million euros.”
So, the body of the story explains that a wealthy elderly man with a high value Life Insurance policy amounting to millions of euros, dies from the COVID jab. Even though his death was ruled as resulting from the job, that is - not disputed by the doctors, nor his life insurers - the insurance company refused to pay the policy, citing that the taking of experimental drugs, treatments, etc., is excluded from the policy.
The family took the insurance company to court and they have just lost the case.
The judge stated:
"The experimental vaccine side effects are publicized and the deceased could not claim not to have known about them when he voluntarily took the jab.
There is no law or mandate in France which forced him to be jabbed. Therefore, his death is essentially suicide".
Suicide is explicitly excluded from most, if not all life insurance policies.
Now, this has been the finding of a major western world court system, there is zero doubt that insurance companies, world-wide, will cite this case as legal precedence going forward.
Therefore, if anyone ever challenges you on whether these jabs are experimental or not, and that neither the pharma companies, nor govts, nor anyone else but YOU are responsible for accepting them, if you die, legally you have committed suicide. No insurance, no payouts, no refunds. You are on your own!
This is huge news and should make everyone think twice before you accept another jab during this unprecedented worldwide medical experiment, or, you may as well cancel your health insurance and save on the payments going forward.
