The Nathalie fuel cell is constantly working and providing high performance at 5 kW. Enough energy to provide the car with its base energy while it is being driven. But how does it work?

Contrary to what some people assume, no methanol is burned in the Nathalie. The drive is based on the principle of a chemical reaction. In the compact methanol fuel cell, methanol reacts with oxygen. During this reaction water, carbon dioxide and a lot of energy are produced. This energy is converted into electricity by the fuel cell. This energy can then be used to drive the Nathalie or can be stored in the vehicle's batteries.
The methanol fuel cell generates up to 5kW of electricity and thus provides a range of more than 850km which is suitable for everyday use. By the way: Refuelling takes only 3 minutes! Impressive, isn't it?

With the help of a methanol fuel cell our electric supersportscar Nathalie has the potential to change the way of e-driven cars.
