This is the man from the Grievance Studies hoax. He took a chapter from Adolf Hitler's "Mein Kampf", did a search for Jews and replaced it with Men, and submitted it to a SJW scientific journal. It passed peer review and was published.

In fact, he got a note from the editor saying, "this is a bit tame, can you spice it up a bit?" That's how far these people are from reality. He explains exactly what they believe and why they brook no criticism. Their goal is the complete destruction of science, logic, Enlightenment thinking and Western civilization itself.

They've been saying this for decades and nobody paid attention. A read through the literature will show the titans in the field all believe this. He tells it like it is and it's a huge wake-up call.
