During a briefing in the Department of Defence in 2005 a scientist explains how to 'pacify' religious fanatics. According to the narrating scientist there is a part of the brain where the religious emotions are. They have found a way through e.g. the flu vaccinations to target that part of the brain in order for that person to lose his religious affinities. The audience, probably a DOD employer, asked if this could also be done through chemtrailing.
