Steve gets Stem cells straight to his brain with intrathecal injection
Hey, it´s Josh dream body clinic and the video you're going to see here is an intrathecal treatment, which is where we take the mesenchymal stem cells and it we go into the spinal. Really tiny 30-gauge needle. I've done this procedure, it really doesn't hurt that bad and to get it right in there, it sounds way more complicated than it really is.
It's a 30-gauge needle. It's the size of an insulin. You know, it goes right there in Buton. The lumbar spine right into the spinal fluid gets the stem cells in where they can travel up to the brain through the spinal cord, helping repair any damage there, get to the brain, start helping their, uh, Steve's returning patient.
In fact, uh, he's. The coolest guy you'll meet. He raised his Baja 1000 sponsored by Can-Am does some cool off-road stuff. And he lives here part time. And you can see some of his other videos, his own testimonials of how like our ozone stem cell back treatment has fixed his cervical spine issues.
He used to barely get feels, fingers, get really numb, totally fix that for him. And now this time, you know, he, he hits hard on some of these add a lot of concussions over the. He's family has kind of a history of Alzheimer's. So, you want to get ahead of it. And so, we did the, uh, intrathecal treatment for him.
Got it up there. And, you know, hopefully here in a few months, he'll be back on video with us kind of explaining that. So, this treatment is great for any sort of damage throughout the spine. That's not really the main reason we typically do it. Usually, it's more like Ms. Related when there's lesions on the spinal cord, that will do that.
The big thing is the brain. This is the most direct way to the brain. When we do an IV, it goes to the heart and the lungs act like a filter. So, we'll not bring many get past there about 20%, even fewer get past the blood brain barrier. When we do it this way, almost all of these are going straight to the brain.
We typically do 50 million that's at Steve's doing here. Some people with more severe issues that may be on Alzheimer's early stage, even more advanced for Ms. They'll do like a hundred million just to get as many up there as we can. What we're finding is that the stem cells are affecting the macrophages and the immune system and the brain to help clear out any debris that's built up over the years, which allows better neural connections.
And they send out neuro neurotrophic factors that help the neurons that are connections, rebuilding mileage sheets. Better electrical conductivity for the brain, which means better brand power. So, these are just some of the ways that it helps. If you want to learn more, you can call us any time we can get even further into it.
