This short video is well worth your time. As you may notice with a large percentage of video-recorded police encounters seen online, the euphemistic 'word salad" tactic is often employed by police to disarm you and lull you into a sense of complacency & calm while they are walking all over your 4th Amendment Constitutional rights NOT to be questioned, detained, or have your property seized without sufficient and adequate "probable cause." It's not usually wise to be belligerent or disrespectful when you have a police encounter,. However, it's equally unwise to allow the police to trample over your Constitutional guarantees because the cop himself is IGNORANT of the Constitution (the majority of the time) and needs to be educated where his authority begins and ends -- according to the US Constitution.
