I had decided to film this when we got sick but wanted to wait until it was over for all of us. Been meaning to get to this much sooner but life kept getting in the way. :p I forgot to mention in the video that we did breathing exercises in the beginning to try to help prevent the infection from getting into our lungs. It never really went into our lungs, but I don't know whether the exercises had anything to do with that or not. Also forgot to mention that from the time of exposure to the time when we started showing symptoms/testing positive was less than a week, especially for my son, who tested positive five days after exposure.
