Devilish Duck Eggs (how to make deviled duck eggs)

I made a batch of deviled duck eggs for Ben today and thought I would share it with you.
Here are the ingredients. I go by look and texture more than exact amounts.
7 hard boiled duck eggs
1 jalepeno pepper (optional)
1/2 large dill pickle
1/2 medium onion
1 slice or 2 of pimento or bell pepper
1/2 to 3/4 cup total (approximately more or less) mayo
