An internet search on this topic suggests that 1 in 20 babies have conditions at birth that require further investigation, but no amount of asking this question has identified a single new parent that confirmed this.

Seems this could be more about DNA than testing for anything. Please leave a comment in the notes if you know your new baby was 'heeled' and you received a communication from the clinic or hospital to advise you that there might be an irregularity that needed to be investigated further.
