The Raw Deal (27 March 2023)

With special guest Noelle Florio, a teacher from New York who saw thru the covid tyranny from the first. The US won't let Ukraine even discuss a peace plan with Russia but wants the war to continue (perhaps with the objective of provoking WWIII). Putin announces that Russia will deploy nuclear weapons to Belarus, just as the US has deployed its nukes to Germany, Italy, Belgium, the Netherlands, and Turkey. Zelensky is now organizing an army of IT hackers to disrupt communications and processes in Russia, which will no doubt lead to retaliation in kind (possibly on the US). If the House uses "the Holman rule", it may be able to gut government programs and remove members of the Deep State along the lines Trump has proposed with his "Schedule F". This looks like a good move to me. A courageous teacher who has been punished for speaking out against the mask mandate and been treated as though she were mentally ill (which was typical of the old Stalinist days in the Soviet Union), addressed her concerns and experience in an informative and affective fashion, but was attacked by callers in ways that I did not appreciate. Paul from CA was at his worst here, bullying her and berating her as though she were obligated to see things the same way he sees things. For not the first time, I had him taken off the air; but to my regret, my guest politely departed because of his attack and not wanting to be associated with (what she no doubt viewed as) an anti-Semitic attack. She has shown great courage in adversity and I did not appreciate Paul's abuse.
