Seriously?! Is THIS REALLY What We Want?

To "govern" is to CONTROL. To CONTROL against one's will is SLAVERY. The MOST VITAL function of government is to DEMORALIZE (corrupt the MORALS of) the "governed." Without the demoralization of the public, tyranny CANNOT gain a foothold. You know Gov. agents have succeeded in their DEMORALIZATION CAMPAIGN when the governed beg for ANY form of government ("limited" or otherwise). Do people really think that we can't possibly operate a smooth running society without the legalization and acceptance of widespread theft, kidnapping and murder? ( which is what the government is in the business of doing) Have we not learned that a government that's big enough to give us all we want (by theft) is big enough to take everything we've got?

Was Sam Adams wrong when he said, “No people will tamely surrender their Liberties, nor can any be easily subdued, when knowledge is diffused and VIRTUE (MORALS) is/are preserved. On the Contrary, when People are universally ignorant, and debauched in their Manners (made immoral by accepting IMMORALITY), they will sink under their own weight without the Aid of foreign Invaders?”

Can we not build a robust, morally-based society and economy on the principles of LIBERTY, free will, mutual cooperation and voluntary organization? I'd LOVE to hear your thoughts on this!
