This is an idea for a 10-man rifle squad. Everyone needs to know what job they are expected to perform so they can prepare for it. Like getting the required pouches, vests, or bandoleers. And also watching videos and reading up on how to perform the job effective. So when the right weapon system is captured they can pick it up and employ it against the force that just lost it. This is just one example. Look at organizations through history and get an idea of what you will need and want to try.
